These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the User and the Hakeem mobile application (Service) operated by Al Mutamiaz Medical Care LLC (“Hakeem”) (the “Application Owner”).

Accounts
When creating a new Hakeem account, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
